Sweet and Spicy Cornbread

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bag of WE Made Cornbread mix

  • 1 can sweet whole corn

  • 1 can sweet cream corn

  • 1 sweet onion, diced

  • 4-5 jalapenos, diced

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine the cornbread mix with all other ingredients in a large bowl.

  2. Follow directions on the WE Made package and bake. The bake time may need to be extended because of the creamed corn - the bag recommends 25 minutes, but we recommend 30-35 minutes.
