For the cake:
1 WE Made Pound Cake mix
3.4 oz instant lemon pudding mix
3 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup Sun Drop
0.5 tsp Lemon Extract
For the Glaze:
1.5 cups powdered sugar
3 TBs of Sundrop
Preheat oven to 350F and grease loaf pans
Combine Pound Cake Mix, lemon pudding mix, eggs, oil, and Sun Drop in a stand mixer bowl with the paddle attachment (alternatively use a hand mixer)
Mix together on low for 30 seconds, then on medium-high for 2 minutes
Pour Batter into loaf pans. Bake for 40-50 minutes
