Orange Bourbon Pound Cake with Bourbon Glaze

Pound Cake


  • 1 bag of WE Made Pound Cake mix

  • 3oz. box of Instant Vanilla pudding

  • ¾ cup orange juice

  • 2-3 teaspoon of orange extract

  • ½ Cup vegetable oil

  • Orange Zest

  • 4 eggs


  1. Mix the pound cake mix and vanilla pudding and make a bowl.

  2. Make a hole in the dry mix and add all other ingredients and mix till well blended.

  3. Pour cake mix in cake pan and bake at 325 for 60 minutes or until golden brown.

Bourbon Glaze


  • 2 tablespoons (or more to your liking) of your favorite bourbon

  • 1 cup confectioners’ sugar

  • 4 tablespoons of butter, melted


  1. Put all ingredients in bowl and microwave until butter is melted. 

  2. Once melted, whisk until well blended. Pour on cake
