Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup WE Made Biscuit Mix
- 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
- 2 Egg Whites
- 1 Banana
- 3 Tbsp Dark Chocolate Powder
- 2 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
Note
- Have ingredients already measured before starting.
- Cool on wire rack if needed.
- Substitute 2 whole eggs for bananas if you would like.
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
- On the stovetop, combine butter, sugar, dark chocolate powder, and vanilla until warm and set aside off the stove and turn off the burner.
- Blend the banana into a puree, then shift into a strainer/ sieve and set aside.
- Add the egg whites and banana mix to the chocolate mixture and combine well.
- In a stand mixer or in the same container, add in your biscuit mix and all-purpose flour and combine until thickened.
- In a 9 x 13 pan or a sprayed mini cupcake pan, add in your mixture.
- Optional: add chocolate chips/ chocolate shavings
- Put into the oven for 12 minutes for mini cupcake pan or 20-25 minutes for a 9 x 13 pan
- Take it out and let it rest for 5-10 minutes and enjoy!
